    • Click on ' Add to your cart' if you have finalized your order, else 'Continue Shopping'.
    • If you are registered already, Enter your Email Address and Name on the Checkout Screen or signup.
    • Enter your shipping details and continue to the Payment Options.
    • Select your Mode of Payment and Place the order
    • You will receive an order confirmation email to the e-mail you provided while placing your order.
  • How do i make payment ?
    You can make payment through an Online payment gateway facility that will enable you to make payments using a credit/debit card and cash cards.
  • Is there any hidden or addition cost to deliver the product to home anywhere in india ?
    No, there is no hidden charges or additional cost. We provide free shipping on all items within India.
  • How do i track my order after it has been shipped ?

  • What is the estimated delivery time from the order of purchase ?
    We normally require 3-4 Working days for Gold Coins, 10 Days for Diamond Jewellery and 15 Business days to deliver Solitaire anywhere in India. However, delivery time would at times vary from product to product. Please check the product page for details.

    Please note that the business days mentioned do not include weekends and festive holidays.

    If you made an order for customized jewellery, it takes us 15 to 19 business days to deliver the product to your home.

  • How do you dispatch the products?
    We will dispatch through reputed couriers like SpeedPost. Please check if we deliver to your pincode. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    All our products comes with free gift packaging, gift tags along with a gift message of your choice to give your loved ones personally and to impress with the recipient. Mention your personal message at the gift message text box in the shopping cart page.

  • How safe is my product ?
    Your jewellery is shipped in tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep and is delivered to you in exclusive zomint box along with relevant certificates. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.
  • Do you deliver internationally ?
    No, We currently deliver only across india.
  • Can i change my shipping address after i place the order ?

  • What is your return policy ?
    If the customer gets a damaged/ tampered product, please contact our Zomint Customer Care at hello@zomint.com or call us at +91 9845557349 within 48 hrs of the delivery. Our helpful and experienced team will help you deal with your return promptly.

    Cost of diamond replacement would be intimated to the customer in case of diamond falling not due to manufacturing defect. Whether the defect is a manufacturing defect or not will be ascertained by Zomint quality control team.

    • Original invoice and certificate of product is checked and validated.
    • Metal weight of product is checked as per mentioned in bill.
    • Diamond quality of product is checked with Invoice and Certificate.
    • Product should not have any missing / broken diamonds.
    • Products with scratches, dent will not be accepted.
    • Broken/tampered products will not be accepted.
  • Will i have to pay for returning the product back to zomint ?

    As soon as we receive your request, our customer care will assist you. Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package.

    Once your package is ready, just contact our customer care . We will share the nearest location of our logistic partner where you can drop your tamper proof package of your jewellery. You will not be charged anything for this return shipping. In case, there are any expenses incurred by you, please send us a scanned copy of the receipt and we will be happy to reimburse these to your account.

    Once your returned item is received by us, your refund or new item will be processed.


    We offer a lifetime exchange on all our jewellery except gold coins and gold pyramid.

    Jewellery products consisting of studded diamonds exchange at 80% of current market value.

    Jewellery products consisting only of GemStones exchange at 70% of current market value.

    Plain gold Jewellery, unstudded products exchange at the prevailing rate of gold along with 10% labour charge.

    If you had received a discount or a free gift while making your purchase, we will be deducting the original discount amount or free gift value, whichever applicable. Alternatively, you can choose to return the free gift as well.

    A 10% of this amount, subject to a minimum of Rs. 1,000, will be deducted towards melting and recovery costs. This will be done on a per product basis, in case you are returning multiple products.

    You will be given a voucher for this value which remains valid for 6 months and can be used to purchase anything from Zomint. Please note that this voucher cannot be en-cashed.

    In all cases, current market value will be determined by zomint.com.

  • How long will it take to get refunds, if any ?
    The refunded amount will be directly credited to your bank account within 10-12 business days after we receive your jewellery. Please mail or call our customer care with your bank account and IFSC code which can be found printed on your cheque book.
  • What is your return policy for solitaires ?

    If, for any reason, you feel the need to return your solitaire, we will be happy to provide you a full refund or exchange. Please note that this is subject to a value limit of Rs. 5,00,000/- in case of solitaires.

    We also offer you a Lifetime Buy Back Policy on Solitaires wherein you may sell your solitaire back to us for 80% of its current market value. This is subject to a value limit of Rs. 10,00,000/- for solitaires.

  • Can i order a customized design ?

  • Do pendants come with the chain ?
    No. Please note, that the price mentioned near the pendant is for the pendant only, you would need to buy the chain for it separately.

  • Is my jewellery authentic and certified ?
    All jewellery is certified by the most respected and trusted diamond laboratories such as SGL.
  • Can i re-size my ring ?
    Incase your ring does not fit well, we will be happy to replace it with a new ring in the new size. If it is a bigger ring you require, we will only charge you the additional price of the new ring, as listed on our website. For a smaller ring, we will be happy to refund you the additional amount paid by you while placing the initial order. This is applicable on re-sizing requests received within 5-7 days of shipping date.
